Dear Panchal Samaj of Ontario Members, I sincerely thank the members of the
Panchal Samaj of Ontario for once again giving me the opportunity to serve the
Samaj as their President for the year 2008 and 2009. The Annual General Meeting
and program of Bhajans by Kirit Mistry was held on 29th March 2008 at Hindu
Mandir and Cultural Center, Mississauga and was attended by many members.
I would like to thank all of last term’s Board of Directors for their dedication and hard work throughout the year. I would also like to thank Board of Trustees for conducting the election process. I am very confident that the members of the Samaj will support the Board of Directors and the Trustees for the coming years.
Since the beginning of our Panchal Samaj of Ontario, 22 years ago, every President and every committee member has served the Samaj to the best of their ability and devoted a lot of their personal time as well as hard work to serve the Samaj and we should all appreciate their efforts. This next two years, once again, I am proud to say that we have an excellent, talented and hard working team to serve the Samaj. I would like to thank them all for volunteering their time for the Samaj’s activities. It is the full intention of this committee to ensure that all the functions and events are carried out to the best of our ability.
Your positive support and participation in all the events makes a tremendous impact on the success of the event. It is our kind request to each and every member of the Panchal Samaj of Ontario, to please support and participate in all the activities and events. Any new ideas or thoughts are always most welcome.
