Dear Dear Members of the Panchal Samaj of Ontario,

The Annual General Meeting & Bhajan Sandhya event was held on 27 March 2010 at the Sindhi Gurmandir, Etobicoke and was well attended. The election of Board of Directors and Board of Trustees took place at the AGM. I would like to thank the Board of Trustees for conducting the election process in an efficient manner.

I sincerely thank you all for electing me as the President of the Samaj and giving me the opportunity to serve the Samaj for the years 2010 and 2011.

I would like to thank all the last term’s Board of Directors and Board of Trustees for their dedication, hard work and devoting their personal time to make each and every event successful. I am very confident that the members of the Samaj will support the new Board of Directors and the Trustees for the coming years.

Since the inception of Panchal Samaj of Ontario in Nov 1986, 24 years ago, every President and every committee member has served the Samaj to the best of their ability and devoted a lot of their personal time as well as hard work to serve the Samaj, and we all appreciate their efforts. The Panchal Samaj started with about 45 families/ 150 people and today we have over 140 families/ over 350 people. We have an exciting 25 year milestone that we will be celebrating next year and we need your in-put to make this grand celebration successful and enjoyable by everyone.
