Get ready to illuminate your spirits and celebrate the festival of lights in grand style! The Panchal Samaj of Ontario cordially invites you, your family, and friends to our much-anticipated annual Diwali Gala Dinner & Celebration.
Join us for an unforgettable evening filled with dazzling performances, delicious food, joyful music, and the wonderful company of our community.
Show Timings:
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Meet & Greet & Appetizers mingling with our community!
- 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM: Diwali Show Entertainment – a spectacular showcase of talent!
- 9:30 PM – Late: Dinner and Dance – enjoy a delicious meal and hit the dance floor!
Tickets & Seating
This year, we are pleased to offer reserved table seating (10 seats per table) to ensure your group can enjoy the evening together. Seating is STRICTLY FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED upon payment.
To make booking easier, we highly recommend one person from your group make a single e-transfer payment for the entire table.
Ticket Prices:
- Members (12-64 yrs): $60
- Non-Members (12-64 yrs): $70
- Member Seniors (65+ yrs): $50
- Non-Member Seniors (65+ yrs): $60
- Kids (7-12 yrs): $40
- Kids (0-6 yrs): FREE (No seat provided)
- Kids (0-6 yrs with a dedicated seat): $30
How to Purchase Your Tickets: (Read Carefully!)
Please send your payment via e-transfer to: pso.etransfer@gmail.com
In the message/notes section of your e-transfer, you MUST include the following information for us to process your tickets and seating arrangements correctly:
- Start with the code: Diwali25
- The full name (including middle initial) of the person making the payment.
- The full names of each person you are paying for. This is crucial for allocating seats.
- Specify any seniors by adding (S) next to their name.
- Specify any children (ages 7-12) by adding (K) next to their name.
- Only include the names of children (ages 0-6) if you are paying for their seat.
IMPORTANT: If you are purchasing tickets for any NON-MEMBERS, please make a separate e-transfer payment for them. This helps us keep our records accurate.

We are proud to continue our tradition of celebrating the academic achievements of our community’s youth. We will be honouring graduates from:
- Grade 8
- Grade 12
- University Post Graduate
- University Masters
- Professional/PhD
To have your child recognized, please send a copy of their certificate via WhatsApp to Piyushbhai Panchal at (647) 208-6432. The deadline for submission is Saturday, November 1st, 2025.
